Pictures don't load

The main reason I wanted this app was to look at pictures of the house since they don't allow photography and don't even have books to purchase with photos of the house. And almost none of the photos load on this app and my phone is new with more than enough space and storage. I'm not that happy with Reynolda house either that they don't even offer photos for sale if they won't let you take any pictures.
