The user experience is so bad with the revamped version. Things are hard to find. User manuals all not working. There are notifications showing that I have unread messages but I’ve read ALL and so frustrating to see the outstanding items on the icon everyday. Has anyone do testing before pushing this app to live?!

This needs significant improvement.

For over half a year. Tried reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, and setting up new apple Id. Nothing helps

The few times I need to use this app for scheduling something it always crashes. Poorly designed

Hope the issue of Stock garbage constantly in our front entrance space can be resolved. They need to hav a private company The garbage should be put out at night and be gone by morning. Otherwise very happy.

Even after deleting and installing again.. unable to login

Keeps crashing then you need to to login each time … 2-3 times per week is not normal

Since the last update the app has been asking for a phone number (for security code), and credentials (user and password) - every time I try to access the app. Very annoying and time consuming process. It’d save the user information so once one tries to login, the app just needs to txt a security code.

Just like the title says, the app used to be OK, save the message tab always making the app crash, but now it is almost too much of a pain to use. Verifying my phone number or email every single time I log in is ridiculous, this app used to make things convenient and now it definitely doesn’t
