Who ever adviced you guys to change your driver app and make rides available 1 at a time is a loser, that’s why Indrive is ruling y’all.. drivers get to see multiple rides available at a Time and carefully select, but now it works like the bolt app 1 ride at a time.. kindly bring back passenger listing on the app. Ask reviews or do a questioneier form various drivers and find out how they’d love the app to function. Pls update the app and make multiple rides available to a driver at a time just like you make multiple drivers available to a rider.. Thank you

I love the app because it’s getting better than bold and uber, inDrive is no where close to Rida at all. 
The fact that no penalty for cancellation makes Rida the best.please create a way of messaging passengers not until passengers does. Also create a way of calling via online on the app like bolt does.

The new app is very heavy and slow and the fares on it doesn’t reflect the true reality of the new fuel pump price of over 300% increments. The app is too busy! 

We drivers aren’t finding it easy driving our cars for E-hailing with the ridiculous amounts on the app while cost of maintaining the car and fuel prices have increased over 300%.

I had to compare fares on bolt with InDrive, I was so amazed that the fare for the destination on InDrive was N6,100 while on bolt was N11,600. Can you just imagine?

We urge you to look into this issue as soon as possible because we can’t continue like this.

If the cars were for your organization (Rida) you wouldn’t dare put such fares on the app.
