"I recently requested a jump-start service, but the technician arrived with a dead battery, which predictably failed to start my bike. The technician then claimed that the coil was burnt and not generating current, insisting that I needed to take it to a garage. I disagreed and sent them away after paying for the unsuccessful service. Just 15 minutes later, I called a local garage mechanic who successfully jump-started my bike in under 30 seconds.

This app shouldn’t be legal shouldn’t be available in this platform people may bump into this app due to emergency to get scammed I was forced to pay a part that was never replaced please search for repair shop even if u r stranded in middle of nowhere please don’t use this app this app service will make ur conditions worse

I booked jump start service and the technician was unable to jump start but they still charged me full amount absolutely disgusting. The guy was forcing me to take the bike to his workshop where they would probably replace your genuine parts with duplicate ones absolute scam.

Guys please don’t fall for this trap 1) they will not do service at door step , whatever the situation they will take it to service center 2) they will bill whatever possible for me they billed it 16k with a list of parts, I thought they might do good work and agreed for 12k 3) when bike delivered they didn’t even wash also no parts were changed , just delivered at night 11pm 4) scam at night if we call customer care they are all linked and the service guy told I’m the manager talk to me in harsh language Still II gotta pay 12000 rs for just service and no material got changed , They will send local guys who are unprofessional and haras you to pay money don’t fall for trap ,local mechanic is best

Summary: Horrible services, no support from customer care, overpriced services, lack of professionalism and respect for customer.BEWARE OF THESE SCAMSTERS. The worst service ever received. It would be much better to push your broken down vehicle to a garage than to utilise there services. Before using the service do check out the number mentioned on there website which has been marked a spam. I recently gave my avenger 220 for a service which was not running. Everything else in the bike was absolutely fine. I was told that they would do a checkup on the vehicle and let me know the quotation before they started any work on the vehicle. I did not receive any form of documentation which stated which parts of the bike needed fixing. After taking my vehicle for 2 days I received a call demanding 18000 rs for getting the bike fixed even though I had mentioned clearly that I wanted the quotation before the works. The service is an entire scam cause the bike is not even in a good condition. The customer care is not even bothered about the customer

Booked a service for my Jupiter and without keeping me updated they changed most of the parts and gave a bill for 5k. But while it was delivered i got a bill to pay was 6300 extra service & labour charges for 1200 was added and they even charged extra stating petrol for 300 was filled. I gave my bike with almost half tank already. They didnt returned my helmet as well. Not suggesting this application. Better go in person for service 😐 Not sure whether service was done properly , will know once i start to use more.

No one really cares better go for trusted service centres, I had booked General service with Engine oil at particular time, The mechanic came 2 hrs late and took bike to his garage and made a bill of 2600 rupees.And even The app has glitches and customer care doesn’t even bother about the customers.No one picks up the call even after trying so many times.

I was out of town and when I got back I saw my bike had oxidized severely. Because the taxi I got looked pretty rickety, I tapped on RideNRepair. Bhola the mechanic did a great job by repairing my bike to its best condition. He fastidiously worked on it to make the bike look as if it was brand new.
