TRACK – Log every surf with detailed metrics like wave count, paddle count, top speed and distance.

RELIVE – Replay your sessions with Surfline Cam Rewind, full conditions breakdowns, and trace maps of your break.

COMPARE – Compete with mates, earn achievements, and climb the leaderboard at your Home Break in Boss of the Break®.

SHARE – Post your sessions to your feed or share your stats to socials – keep the stoke alive with your crew.

Now compatible with Rip Curl Search GPS Watch (Gen 2 & 3) and Apple Watch.

The Fine Print

• Surf Tracking: A monthly or annual subscription is required to track your surfs using a Rip Curl Search GPS Watch or Apple Watch. Your subscription starts with a free trial – cancel anytime before it ends if you don’t want to continue. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via iPhone > Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

• Boss of the Break®: To compete, you’ll need a public account and a selected Home Break (you can update this anytime in Account Settings).

• Surfline Cam Rewind: Available via the Surfline app and requires a Surfline account.

Before, this app was free and worked really well. I already paid for the watch to have this app, and now I also need to pay for the app itself. If I had known this before, I would have recommended buying another device and connecting it with Surfline, where at least you get video. Super disappointed.
