Cannot make changes in the app and the stores don’t answer to make the changes. Its bad for business. I submitted the wrong biscuit choice and needed to change it but couldn’t.

Love this alternative to fast food breakfast. Good prices and so much better than drive thru breakfast. Can’t wait to try more things on the menu.

Wait is actually much longer than 20 mins

Got an email this morning that I needed to download the app and I could get some free tots with sandwich purchase so I downloaded the app and I can’t even get it to load. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I just get a pop-up that says this over and over, even after restarting my phone: Could not open app Something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes Reload App Close

I can order through it but the rewards system doesn’t work at all. I’ve probably ordered 3 times and even my purchase history is empty. No point in using the app at all.

Love the food, app refuses to work for me or forces continual Verification loops which then get stuck on hold for forever

App no longer loads

Being in the entertainment industry, makes it sometimes to where it’s hard to find a quick decent meal. Let alone a very righteous breakfast.

Difficult to use app . Tried to use my points for free chicken egg. And cheese . Had to get help and use in store register . No chicken on mg biscuit

This is my 2nd time coming to Rise and it was a Hit!!! Had the chicken sandwich on a potato bun with a side of seasoned fries. I wasn’t disappointed at all. I split it with my son and he was also impressed. Can’t wait to come back ! Thank you Rise for the complimentary birthday sandwich !!!
