I pride myself on being pretty good sleeper but this little app has changed my whole life. I NEED to get my sleep debt down now, it has taken over my whole life, everything I do, I do with my sleep debt in mind (in a good way). It has made me aware of all my unhealthy habits and I’m learning not to do something’s. The other day I had caffeine too late and my sleep debt went up by 2 hours! This is something I wouldn’t have noticed before this glorious app but now I am hyper aware and committed to doing better. I also like that I can track my partner’s sleep score and see what he might need/ feel superior because I’m better than him at sleeping. This is a great and well thought out app. Love it.

First time setup , you need open anything to access your data, you can’t try to layout and basic function to understand more, you only one way to accept trial version, if you missing to cancel subscription ,you need to pay

Great app but fails to open since 2 days ago. Cannot adjust actual sleep time.

It promotes the widget but it’s nowhere to be found. It also should add the details of my sleep as I gave access to apple health but it just shows from when to when I was sleeping… thanks but I kinda know that myself..

Not free, great app tho

It seems pretty nice but I would wish that it doesn’t cost money. I don’t wanna give money to an app

Dear developer, You should only enable gyroscope to detect sleep around the sleeping time and waking time, turn it off during day time. Thanks, T
