This will be our 5th stay at the Peninsula. We love the staff and service.

It asked me to create 3 different levels of password and I still can’t log in

RIU Palace Bavaro - везде очень шумно,, особенно в ресторанах, персонал громко разговаривает и смеется. Почему в вечерних шоу звучит только латиноамериканская музыка, здесь достаточно людей, которые не понимают испанский язык, ведь можно было бы исполнять мировые шлягеры на английском к примеру. Персонал по- английски практически не говорит, испанский это второй язык в мире, но первый все же английский. Почему бы не организовать курсы английского для персонала?Уборка номеров, обслуживание , еда на хорошем уровне.

Currently at riu palace las americas. App was working perfectly before. After the update, i cannot click menus anymore — which was the main reason for me using the app. Also a video keeps playin everytime i go through the app

Was working so well pre-update. Now when you scroll, the stupid pop up video forces itself into fullscreen because you need to scroll through the app and you cant view the menus for each restaurant. Please fix

To bring up my reservation, I entered the reservation code exactly as Riu printed it on our registration card. I tried multiple times. The app complains “??es_US.Formato de reserva no valid?? _riu_b2c”. It’s the hotel that issued the code, so the app needs to recognize the format. The app is pushy and tries to sell me another hotel stay even though I just checked in. And it urged me to allow tracking. It doesn’t even promise to unlock my room. Competitors have that feature, and it works flawlessly. One star because the app doesn’t crash instantly. But it doesn’t do anything useful either. As other users pointed out, all positive reviews are about specific hotels.

Sweet. I'm sitting in the hotel without any premium services because I can't get any premium stations without your stupid app that won't work. Seriously not happy.

Love RIU Hotels. Best thing is you can book now pay at hotel when arrive. Also they offer free shuttle to and from hotel. Great service been to RIU Reggae in Jamaica twice. And it was great both times.

I have a real bad situation the customer service was horrible! That’s why we need to hired a real good customer service! The font desk agent was so unprofessional and talk to me so bad because I was question about the internet and why we need to go upfront in order to get the use and password if they can have this in the room We are so disappointed About it
