I got reassigned twice today. The phots weren’t accepted. Lots of buffering

I had issues with jobs and felt that I needed more compensation and the support but could not reach anyone. Not the contact person or anyone from Roadie. It takes too long for a gig to get approved. Also, I would like multiple notifications when a gig is excepted. I like that I can choose my drives but the pay seems low for a lot of the gigs.

Fully logged in for days and gave all my personal info. Haven’t even seen a map. No way to get anyone to help me. I don’t want to speak bad but, not looking too good.

$20 for a 35 mile trip? This app is a joke

I’ve been driving for roadie for over a year. The support never answers on time in the app , over the phone or in email. When they do answer they never rectify the issues I have or they all give different answers to something that is supposedly a policy of theirs. I’ve been emailed and had my account locked 3 times and all 3 times I have provided evidence showing that i’ve delivered items to the customer or I’ve followed their guidelines yet my account got permanently deactivated and I wasn’t provided a reason why either. Tried contacting support on several different occasions and was given the run around or not answered. I received an email saying my account was permanently deactivated and that I had 14 days to appeal. I sent my appeal to the email they told me to send it to and it said that there was a mailing address and that It couldn’t be completed. I tried emailing roadie again to their support email instead and received no answer for a month. I emailed them again and was told it was to late to appeal. I provided evidence once again showing I had appealed within the timeframe and was ignored once again. I called support and was told my account isnt permanently deactivated but it’s under review but to email them again to make sure they had evidence for my account. I then received an email the next morning stating that my account has been permanently deactivated and I couldn’t appeal. It doesn’t matter if you provide evidence or not they will still deactivate your account if they want to and they will not provide a reason as to why or read let alone look at the evidence you provided .

Don’t bother with this app. It takes forever to finally get an assignment, the only assignment I got to pick up luggage at the airport. They couldn’t find the ladies luggage. I kept in communication with her and never got paid or reimbursed for anything. Then the next day I got one star review for nothing. Wasted several hours of my time for a slap in the face basically. I advised people not to use this app!

So far, I have left two detailed reviews as to why I am rating it one star. If you are reading this, do not be fooled by the amount of stars that has on average. They have had my review removed twice, so that should let you know everything you need to know about this app. Raise the rates and take care of your drivers.
