Subscription no longer working
I have been a long time subscriber to Robb Report and love its content. But for the last 12 months I have been unable to view content in this app, and their support team just keep sending me the same instructions to remediate, that don’t work. Even after I have sent them repeated screenshots of the error. Don’t use this app if you want to view Robb Report. Subscribe to the print edition.
Useless
I’m a subscriber to the print magazine and can not get logged into this stupid app.
Misleading Pricing
The $14.99 price is per issue. Not clear how to get a subscription. Great strategy: make it difficult to buy.
app doesnt work, why bother?
1. how can you login with email and password when one was never created and the main site doesnt create one, nor have a way for you to create one? 2. How can you login with account number and zip when their is not zip field om the screen? 3. How can you login with email and zip when it isnt found by the app? Having 3rd parties create and maintain something only works if thers a common SSO for authentication. There shouldnt be these issues for what should be a premier product.
Poor User Experience
Despite sending multiple emails to your support center, this is probably the worst app I use for magazine content.
New issues not appearing since July
I have a hard copy subscription; however, sadly the new issues are not appearing on the app. Very disappointed.
Be honest
You’ve stopped putting new issues up. Be honest and tell people and refund the money. Scam.
