Numerous 3-4 day periods waiting in line for a callback #2 Her bank account was being debited $150 here $600 here $350 here without authorization and obviously this is a huge issue. (See#1) #3 almost forgot they tell you on their website that they will not ask login information and will only call from a 650 number and to beware of any other number concerning your account, this is not true as my wife has lost her place the the three day line twice because of concerns that she was being subjected to fraud receiving phone calls fro a number other the 650 area code. As of today her account is still frozen we have missed many golden opportunities to increase her crypto portfolio over the last 30 days. Super super frustrating to say the least. All I can state for certain at this point is as soon as we regain access to our account it will be liquidated immediately.
