Ever since app updated 2 weeks ago (right after price increase) the app has decided to stop working. I have an older iPhone on iOS 15.8.3 so app should work. I’ve deleted app, rebooted to flush cache / memory and re-installed app as per their instructions … which fixed nothing. 
I also “submitted a bug” per their website and all I’ve gotten back is a generic email reply thanking me for reaching out. No ticket# re: bug, nothing. 

So I was basically charged 79.99 for an app that no longer works. YMMV, but I would highly recommend looking elsewhere atm.

I’ve been using this service for a few years. It was great until now. Now I get an email FROM APPLE saying my $40 yearly subscription is going to $90?! Hope Easy Toger goes out of business for this. You should be sued for trying to steal

I love the screening service so if someone is trying to get a hold of me I know who it is but don’t have a bunch of scams coming through. I also like to use it with spydialer.com to see where these bots coming from.

I *think* it worked, but when subscription renewal came around, and the rate went from $60=>$90, with no change in features, I decided to look elsewhere.

What is annoying is that when searching for different rate plans, i've seen at least nine, but no description on the features each plan (tier of cost) provides the subscriber.
Very shady as they don't tell you clearly what you are purchasing and for how much.
