I can’t believe I spent this much for a robotic vacuum just to have it bricked because the app won’t accept any password I try to create! I followed all their requirements, but no! Even worse, the handling of the password field makes it impossible to edit and won’t tell me what’s wrong with it!!!
As far as cleaning it does the job the mop is cool but they need to update the software where it dump the waste bin more or every time it washes the mop there have been several times it vacuums and the bin is beyond full I have it set on the most frequent setting at it still only dumps when it goes to charge. If they fix this it would be great.
It’s the best app I’ve ever used
The app now shows you full screen ads even when you have those settings turned off. Edit: I contacted them but never got a response to these advertisement issues. Avoid if possible.
The app now displays full screen ads when you launch it. It makes you wait 5 seconds before a skip button appears. Totally unacceptable after paying hundreds of dollars for the robot already. Update in reply to posted comment: I already emailed feedback. But the next day there was a half screen pop up “QUIZ” asking for survey. Just remove all the ads and popups.
App is fine overall but confusing. It has every option on earth which is great, but isn’t organized well. It’s clear English is not the programmers native language. Wait, my 1400 dollar vacuum app has ads! Umm
Overall, it’s a good app, but it lacks several key features. For instance, my floor plan is complex, and the robot often mistakenly identifies its location on the map, thinking it's at location B when it's actually at location A. As a result, it returns to the dock and incorrectly marks the dock's position on the map. The app should allow users to interact with the map—for example, to delete the dock and let the robot detect and reposition itself. Even better, it could let users manually mark the dock location on the map, with the robot fine-tuning the position afterward. Correcting the dock’s position through repeated attempts, hoping the robot will eventually locate itself correctly, is both frustrating and tedious.
No intelligent at all. Always stuck with something. This time dragged my tv remoter to its station. Good job!
Please make the app launch faster. I am on the fastest phone CPU on the planet right now (iPhone 16 pro max) and it takes forever to open and actually get to responsive UI. Tell your developers it needs to be UI responsive in 300ms or less. Move all work to utility/background QoS, remove loading animations that have to complete even if the app is ready, use local cache if it exists before the network refresh call lands, lazy init large static managers, and make sure all your 3rd party libraries are statically linked.
