Huge fan of Roman’s and the app makes it so easy to order but there are some very frustrating bugs that need fixing please! Like if I have placed an order and I leave the screen where it shows what’s going on, the whole thing closes and you can’t see your order anymore. Also, please a big suggestion that a lot of app are doing that improves the user experience significantly, please add an option to give instructions for the delivery person. People who stay in conplexes have complications when trying to let the delivery person in or guide them how to find the right place so having somewhere for the user to leave instructions could be super helpful! Hope you can make these fixes/changes because I love this app!

The app is not well designed for food orders. Or, those who designed it don’t order takeout online. 
It’s not clear or well defined to mitigate any food errors which in some cases could have dire consequences. 
Maybe it’s been adapted from foreign language or from car parts sale app.  Besides this place never delivering, don’t use this app as chances are- it’ll be wrong, costly for your time, fuel, health & more. No attention to quality nor detail.
