The Ronin Pebble Buds have very good sound quality, but the Ronin Studio app is causing a major issue for iPhone users. As soon as I connect the buds to the app, both ANC and Transparency Mode stop working. I have to reset the earbuds and use them without the app to get these features working again.

I also visited a Ronin branch and was told that the app would be updated within 2–3 days to fix the issue. It has now been over a week, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.

Please fix this iPhone compatibility issue as soon as possible.

This feature is so annoying if i knew about it i would not bought it. It said charge me up battery low 7 times like sometimes charging up isnt an available option its literally becomes unusable 1 time is ok or 2 time but literally its stops the playing anything else and play it in full volume very annoying to the developers fix it or atleast upload a github repository to change manually

ANC switch mode and pairing sounds are so irritating and kills the ears with full volume even if the volume is set lower. You guys should add different beeps for the modes and pairing like other major brands, nobody wants to hear “paired successfully” or “Transparency mode on” at full volume every time. Just add some beep or sound effects for this u idiots
