Been using this app for years and love it, but since the start and still am unable to make an account. All attempts to make an account are met with an "error try again". Also unable to submit a bug report. This has been years of this same problem.

Not able to create an actual account

If everyone could make an app as beautiful as this one. Would not take my Meds on time if it was not for this app. Thank you for your hard work and somebody was really thinking cause this works. I have used this app forever. The most efficient and reliable app I have ever used.

This is a simple app and requires little support, however the newest IOS update made an annoying change to page where you enter the number of pills taken. When trying to notify developers of this it appears the support and feedback options are non-functional. I suspect this is because the developers have to submit the required privacy data on next update and they might not want to.

Used to be great. 1. Bug has been a problem for a long time—when I retroactively and manually adjust the time a med was taken, the minutes value doesn’t adjust to the minutes time I specify. For example, I took a med at 07:15 and didn’t remember to tap to log until 08:48. Then, when I try to correct the time taken from 08:48 to 07:15, the result is 07:48 (seems to disregard user-specified :MM value). Or sometimes, :MM result will only change to an arbitrary value between xx:48 and xx:15. I have to adjust at least twice the time taken for the correct :MM to save. Sometimes it takes 3 tries. It’s as if the :MM counter wheel slips and doesn’t stay on the :MM I set it to. 2. In app Feedback submission form only gives me an error when I tap Send. “Could not submit feedback Please try again in a bit” 3. Support email address provided defunct. “Address not found” bounce back. v. 2.5.5-195 iOS Otherwise, Round was a lovely helpful tool.

Really helpful for remembering meds and logging them

I appreciate this app in that I am able to keep good track of my medications, of which there are many, but I have found there are some issues that I’d like to address. While I would like to do so directly through the app as feedback, I am not able to submit the feedback and get an error message when I try to.

I would love to see feature a that allows you to create a note for each day AND if you are looking at the full month view, have an indicator icon showing which days have notes. 1.) Some days I forget to take a medicine. I will double up the dose the next day (for example, birth control pill) but I may forget. 2.) I may adjust a dosage mid-month OR start taking a new medication. I would like to know those dates. 3.) Adding additional people to my account to track their medication intake. For example, I am a caretaker for my parents/grandparents/children. If I give them their medication, it would be helpful to check off what I’ve given them. And If there’s a note option, I can provide that option during doctor visits. I LOVE this app. It’s my favorite medication reminder. I always have my phone, therefore I will never miss a reminder. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for your hard work.

I cannot create an account. I’ve been trying since I first downloaded the app over 6 months ago. Each time I try it gives me an error “user deleted” regardless of whether I try linking through Google accounts or via any email. I tried sending feedback about the issue through the app’s feedback section and as soon I filled everything out and hit send it gave me another error “cannot submit feedback please try again in a bit”. There are no current updates available for the app and if I uninstall it’ll delete six months worth of data which I need. It is the entire reason I got this app in the first place so that’s very frustrating that I can’t save any of it and I can’t even send the feedback about it either. If you click on app support here through the App Store it’ll also give you and error that their site doesn’t even exist and their IP can’t be found. I think it’s time to bite the bullet and just start all over with another app. Their privacy practices aren’t disclosed on here as they should either so it’s all just feeling way too sketchy. What a waste.
