Super inaccurate—can’t even track my orders properly. I literally have to open the app just to confirm whether my order was received because it just stays stuck on “order is placed.” It doesn’t move beyond that. What’s the point of this app if it can’t do the one thing it’s supposed to? I only downloaded it because an artwork was being tracked through here, but it’s honestly useless. How do I deactivate this? I don’t need an app that makes things harder instead of easier. Nor track my shopping. How does this have 4 stars. Literally scamming people of there info.

A biz I bought from wanted me to use this app to track my package, no problem I thought. However, when I went to use it the app required me to sign in using my gmail account, and said it would then be accessing all kinds of personal info, like contact list and more. No way I thought, so I deleted the app. Why a package tracker need all that personal info!
