ROUVY: Real Indoor Cycling App

The app colour and writing is so small that it is impossible to read.

The app only allows for a desktop styled layout whereby you need a magnifying glass to see anything. It’s is very far from user friendly or intuitive. The Rouvy platform is GREAT for indoor rides but the iPhone app is a huge let down. Lastly, I’ve been waiting for 3 hrs for my ride to sync to Garmin. I was assured by the AI robotic / annoying “help chat” that it does so the second the ride is completed. Not true. The AI “help” then tells me I might need to do so manually, yet that too is a nightmare to navigate from the app.

This app plus the Wahoo Kikr has kept me fit for a couple of years whilst living in places where other forms of exercise are difficult to access. Worked well out of the box. Great choice of rides and workouts. I love the real footage and feel - some of them from rides I know IRL.

I am really tired of trying to get the programs I need. I have not been able to use ROUVY for the last six months. I get so far then I’m stuck. Nothing happens. I sit looking at a still picture and totally unable to find anything. So I would like to cancel my subscription right now please. Geraldine stieda.

For the most part it’s a good app, except the “ remember me” function on Apple TV doesn’t work. I need to enter username and password every time I use it. I raised the issue with support and nothing. I also need to re-pair my wahoo kickr with the app ~50% of the time. Apart from that it works ok.

App continues to crash every time I start an activity since the latest update. Very frustrating

Disappointed that my wahoo kickr won’t connect to this app, despite being told wahoo kickr is supported. I have worked with the ROUVY support team who have been very responsive but still unable to resolve the connection issue.

After a self inflicted technical error the ROUVY help desk was very prompt and sorted me out.

I have enjoyed for 2 years through Covid lockdowns and endless rainy months in Sydney. I really enjoy exploring the world through this app and like the challenges. Technical support has been very good.

Been a long term user in previous versions and it’s getting all the time. Wonderful during Covid lockdown to still continue to explore routes!
