Parent’s RP portal says to download this app to be able to set notifications pertaining to academics and attendance. However, after downloading and logging in several times, the instruction is just looping. Can not actually set the notifications. Pls fix this.
The app keeps crashing whenever I want to send my LOA when I want to choose something from my gallery.

Can’t log in due to ‘invalid username or password’ And wen you can, the student portal doesn’t even work. Some say it needs to be accessed with school VPN, but why would I use this on campus?
