I have managed to fully play through same games, and updates have made previous crashes run like butter. The dev is really putting in work to make sure this apps runs smooth and the difference a few updates have made makes me easily recommend you buy it, if any issues crop up the dev is responsive and has shown a willingness to solve issues quickly. Don’t expect a flawless app but expect an app that at times works flawlessly and its being developed constantly.

It’s pretty good but needs a rework on the key binding as there you can’t bind most of the keys that are required for many games. But it’s still good for playing  ones that don’t have many keys (it can play BS1 btw)

I wanted to play the rpg maker XP game Moémon wonders. It takes a while for the black screen to go away. When you open the save menu, the game barely registers your button inputs. You have to hit enter a million times for it to “save”. But the save doesn’t actually work. The game claims it has saved, but then when you reboot the game again, it says new game. And when you use the in game ‘quit’ it says it’s a fatal error instead 

I’m impressed the game ran at all, but it’s not really playable if the save doesn’t work. I’m not very knowledgeable about installing RPG maker games, especially not on a phone, so maybe it’s ME that messed up…?

Playing pokemon consonancia and it allows me to save the game before closing but when I load back up to title screen there is no load save data option… only new game.
I checked files and I have the save data but it doesn’t recognize it for some reason. I tried another pokemon game (pokemon unbreakable ties) to see if it was the game and no… same issue.

Any help with this?

So far, this is the only emulator I’ve found that is able to run a game I’ve been wanting to play for years. However, the buttons are not working, so I am unable to actually start the game. I have tried connecting a physical controller, but that doesn’t work either. The game is Pokemon Insurgence.

App works great with some rpg maker titles, however there are some issues:

- Large file sizes crash almost instantly (M5 IPad so I’m sure its not a spec issue)

- Games made for Japanese locale cannot be extracted natively, although you can get around this by extracting on a windows computer first then zipping files up again and transferring them over.

- RPG VX Ace games are unstable at best.

I’m confident that with future updates this issues can probably be resolved, wishing best of luck to the developer.

### ****- "Great Launcher, Slight Issue"
I decided to try this out, as there were some RPGmaker games I wanted to play on the go, and was pleasantly surprised by the easy to navigate UI and controls. Paired with the easy upload of game files, I could definitely see myself using this app on a frequent basis.

However, I do have a slight issue with the app. While you’re able to change the bindings for each of the buttons, you only have a select number of options to choose from when it comes to both keys to bind to buttons and only four buttons to bind keys to. For instance, one of the games I wanted to play requires the use of the R key, and doesn’t feature a means to rebind that command to a different key. This app doesn’t allow for the binding of the R key.

I still think this is the best RPGmaker launcher on the IOS App Store, however, I do think it needs the option to, at the very least, bind any key to the buttons. Either that, or the option to play in portrait mode with the keyboard available.

I haven’t tried too many games but from a handful 900 and 1.6gb and 350mb games the load time are abysmal I gave up after the 6th minute mark of waiting, now to good news the launcher works fine for under 300mbs however I didn’t really come to this launcher to play what I can on other free alternatives, I wanted to solely test the stress of the launcher and concluded that I am far too early in this apps life span to be involved, for info the 900mb game is black souls 2 and the others were chosen randomly for their weight to see if it was a personal file problem or a weight issue. Sadly it was a file size issue(weight) I have no idea what I going to type out is true but I assume it has to deal with how this app process the zip/rar and spits it out.
Tl;dr games under 500mb should work perfectly fine and load times should be quick however over 900 the load time could lead to not even wanting to attempt any further. I’m writing this review because I believe this app can be just like spark but for rpgm games and I want to see the dev succeed.

### **--- "Issues playing Pokémon Fire Ash"
Love the idea here! I was playing Pokémon fire ash, a fan made game for pc that is reminiscent of Gen 1-3, and could not get out of Ash’s house in the beginning of the game. It was freezing in the door way as I tried to leave the house, but the music was still playing. I was playing on version 2.2 (most current at time of this review) and the final version of the game from its official website. 

Big fan of this ambitious concept and would love a patch to continue enjoying your app!
