I cannot copy the code anymore by pressing and holding the code anymore. Very unhelpful.

If the code can only be used once, at least refresh the code every 30 seconds or allow us to manually refresh. 1 minute is not necessary and very inconvenient

Their app icon is ugly as sin, but at least it would only take 5 seconds to whip up a dark mode version. That’s if RSA gave a whoot, of course.

The app can’t copy-paste the code when we want to connect a service with the same device, like the phone. It’s reset the code when we go to the other app to write the code. We can look at the to app by switching. So we always need to wait a new code and note it on paper to finish the other app connection. Very annoying.

The app icon is the worst design ever. Please update your app for iOS 18 so there is a dark mode app icon, at the very least. Would be 5 stars if you fixed the app icon.

Annoying to use and why does it beep my FaceID so often? Lately notifications are broken and I no longer receive a logo prompt - forcing me to use a regular 6 digit pin.

Use of terms that are not commonly known. Such as OTP and MFA. Obviously written by geeks without proper Use Case testing in the real world. Throws up errors and has a workflow that has a dead end. I gave up and I'm not unfamiliar with this technology. Please do better!

Love: Dark mode, not having to enter LAN password twice, PIN protection of the key. Needs: Face ID. And I agree with another commenter that the new icon doesn't look that great, but I don't care about aesthetics as much as features.
