Please let people adjust their thresholds. My son has WPW I am currently using seizalarm as he also has epilepsy seizalarm is good but it doesn’t send the heartrate. 170bpm is often SVT for him as he’s getting older I’m running out of options.

Please make these editable. I had to make myself 125 years old to make my max alert to trigger at 120bpm. It’s a little bit useless since my putting real age sets the max to alert at 188bpm. I’m probably already dead before that triggers. Thanks

Read the fine print before purchasing. Max rate is fixed according to a formula.

I have used this App for bradycardia alarms for some time. The rate alarms were able to be controlled by the user as it followed what alarms you set in the Health App. Now the App sets it’s own rate alarms. I now have a Carer and we use this App to notify of low heart rates. But my medical team would prefer to receive a text at 45bpm and be able to try and help me before CPR required at 40bpm. This is no longer possible since the recent update Please consider changing the rates back to what the phone user has set in the Health App. Leaving the rates at critical levels only will save less peoples lives as won’t give enough time for an ambulance to arrive if called by the person texted. It was 5/5 before this changed.

I never write reviews, but I came here to warn you- this app will not share your info unless you remove the passcode and Face ID. So you literally cannot lock your phone to use this and it doesn’t tell you until after you pay and set up an account. I was able to do the same thing this does in the Health app that comes preinstalled on your iPhone.

I do not have a lock On my phone but if the app isn’t open it doesn’t check heart rate at all. So you cannot do something else and have it checking. Also it doesn’t send alerts like it claims

Paid money for this only to find out I can't change the BPM where it sends a notification, which seems like a basic no-brainer feature.

The phone unlock requirement is ridiculous. But even aside from that, this app wouldn’t let me set my own limit for heart rate. I have a health issue that is not linked to age, and I need to be able to set a custom range and have the watch start to nag me when I reach the low end of it, then get more insistent as I get closer to the upper end of it.

This app does what it’s supposed too. It gets the job done when the time calls for it. Hopefully the dev keeps improving and keeps it up to date. Thank you for this amazing piece of technology.

Only works part of the time and not at the time you need it!!! Was not refunded and issues not fixed!!! Waste of money!!
