Love the rugs I have about four runners and three large rugs now, but I’m irritated when I use a discount code and get 15% off why I can’t use my spill points that I’ve earned also?? I don’t like that factor.

I wanted a tufted dinosaur rug for my grandson. Found the rug but not available in tufted. Had to search tufted rugs to find it. If it hadn’t been for the high price of the rug and the 10% app use incentive, I would have given up and bought from website where all options are in one place.

I just purchased 2 rugs. I'll make a better review after shipping. Let's see how it goes. Thank you very much!

Easy to order and like the sale opportunities

While redoing my house, I used Ruggables throughout and they are very easy to care for. It’s been two years and so far so good! Just placed a new order and can’t wait for it to arrive.

I absolutely love these rugs. I have two dogs with sensitive stomachs and if they get sick on the rug, I no longer feel the need to cry because I know I can just throw it in the wash and it’ll come out looking fantastic. I also have two potbelly pigs living in my house and this is fun for them. They like to pull the base apart from the top, it’s fun for them so it’s actually an enrichment activity that keeps them entertained. I now own 7 ruggables and plan to purchase more.

We have fallen in love with our Ruggables. Since we discovered them at least 8 years ago, they are the only rugs we buy. We have bamboo floors on our main level and carpets up and downstairs and this rug system has helped save them all from foot traffic and pet messes! They really wash up quickly and easily! I have purchased 3 large rugs, one round holiday rug and four small rugs. They are all wonderful and we have received many, many compliments. The quality of the rugs and customer service are excellent and the style and designs are unique. Love them.

First off, I love your rugs, they are the best on the market, but there are several things that frustrate me with your company and your app. A rewards program should be marketed everywhere, I go to the account tab and can’t even find my rewards, only the points I have. The only way to view my rewards is by clicking a star in the upper right corner of the cart which is very frustrating and likely an accessibility issue as well. You can’t stack promos, I understand this will cut into your bottom line but a rewards program is loyalty dollars earned, they should be able to be combined with a promo, that’s ridiculous. Also, there is no view in room feature, every single major rug seller has this capability but not Ruggable, very odd.
