We need to gave Image2Video feature in the mobile app. It’s not feasible to jump to the browser every time to use the Img2Vid.

obviously has potential
runway ml is one of the leading ai software platforms out there, depending on what you’re searching for. with that being said, so far the app is great and well-established but the ai content generations tend to come out varying on how you describe it and what may render from it. play around with it and be patient as im sure runway ml is just getting better as they have a LOT of competition so if they wanna succeed, its on them but thus far, love it. love the app in general. gives it a crisp feeling to due to how crystal clear the resolution is at times. nice job guys but as for everyone, there’s always something to improve on. im here for the longrun runway ml. cheers!
Buggy app, waste of money
My first generation didn’t come out great, I used an image. After I X’d out the image, I can now no longer use an image reference as the field disappeared forever. When I try to use a text prompt I get an error, nothing works, not even submitting a ticket to support! Absolute waste of money, and I’ll be requesting a refund.
Please update to include image to video with gen 3
Then it will be great.
Fraudulent app/service
Signed up for the pro tier and all my generations are failing while they deduct credits from my balance. When I went to submit a customer service request in the app, that would only give an error too while never submitting the form. I want a refund for this fraudulent app that steals credits from users while erroring out in generating AND customer support requests. That’s fraud.
I just gave $15 for regenerating unusable videos.
I was amazed with the idea of creating videos from text that I payed the first month to try it. I was creating videos but those were not usable at all (weird movements from people, incorrect object shown instead of using the specified item, etc). I needed to try to remake the video, but trying to get a usable and nice video, I spent all my credits on trying to get at least one video that I could use for the money I spent. $15 just thrown away for me in just a few hours. Very disappointed with the subscription model and credit usage fixing the videos. Not trying again for another year when it gets better so I don’t throw the money only to try to fix videos that I cannot use.

False Advertising & Bugs
First tried RunwayML a few months back, made a few videos and decided to wait until it got better. Well on Instagram yesterday - not only did their account promote and run ads for Gen3 Image/Text to Video - influencers did as well. I was excited, jumped on the app and tried to make one. It was paywall blocked $15 for standard. Purchased it, only to find out Gen3 is only for text prompts? A bit frustrated and questioning why they would run paid ads on a feature that either doesn’t exist. So naturally I got to the contact page of the app to submit my issue - oh look another issue, it doesn’t send feedback!! I would not recommend this app to others and I would even suggest that Apple take action against them for falsely advertising.
No video extension with update
The whole reason I had this app was for the video extension for Gen 2. Ever since the app updated, it’s gone. 🙄
