I was at the airport in Malaga and got rushed into the line that’s made for this app. Was not informed at all that there was another line for non app users. Spent 15 minutes trying to log into the app and needed to use my data to download it, after which I got informed that I couldn’t register anymore and got sent to the back of Another line and almost missed my flight. 
Inform passengers better next time and don’t make such unnecessary apps. Thank you

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ryanair that left me frustrated and out of pocket. My flight was canceled due to a supposed outage, and I was rescheduled for a flight 72 hours later, causing significant disruption to my travel plans. The communication from Ryanair was poor, with no clear explanation of why my flight was affected when other airlines continued to operate normally.

The worst part was trying to get compensation for the extra expenses incurred, including hotel stays and missed reservations. Ryanair’s customer service was difficult to reach, and when I finally got through, they were unhelpful and kept blaming third parties without taking responsibility.

Even after contacting the airports involved, I couldn’t get clear answers or support from Ryanair. This experience has shown me that Ryanair lacks transparency and accountability, and their app is not user-friendly when you need to deal with issues like this.

I would not recommend using Ryanair, especially if you value reliability and good customer service. My advice is to choose an airline that treats its customers better and provides proper support when things go wrong.

This app is ridiculously bad. I bought tickets for me and my wife and the second boarding pass is not showing at all. No way you can contact anyone to tell what the issue is. Trying to get another seat but unsuccessful as it gets you to a page where you can only add additional luggage. I understand it’s all low cost with but this is just so inconvenient and cheap and you’re making millions every year. At least sort out your app as it’s being used by tons of people on a daily basis.
 I’m just staggered how bad this experience is.
