I had a horrible experience today with this airline, the worst of my life. I had only a backpack, the airline employee at the gate told me that is is bigger than allowed, i took some clothes and snacks off, i made it fit to the stand size checker, she insists (i had a photo proof) but she insisted that it is big, although i had multiple flights with Ryanair with backpack the same size. Finally i agreed to pay for extra fine and she charged me the amount already! Then asked her about her name to file a complain shed said no, will not give my name. After that i took a photo for here standing at the desk, that moment she decided i will not onboard the flight, i said ok i will delete it, and did already. She made me lose my flight to Veinna and lose all upcoming flights after. I will not stay calm about this behavior. I will say this in every social media and every review site until i get my rights back.

Despite being logged in on the app, it will not retrieve my booking from the same email address. It keeps rejecting the email address. So I’m unable to get the mobile boarding pass - why else use the app!?

When trying to check in, the system has some bugs that comes up with an error. I attempted to restart the Ryanair app which alleviated the issue, but at first it wouldn’t allow me to check in.

There is no way to disable promotional notifications without disabling other more useful notifications, so I’m deleting the app until I ever have to fly Ryanair again. Annoying.

Ordered of flight over through app ok. On way back got on board owned order to seat. Hit reorder and it said sent to crew. Came down with trolly and no order. No hot food and 1 hour delay stuck on tarmac. Going back to LCY/ ba. Stansted’s cursed

The cheap air line is way over priced when you ad bags and and pay extra for a special seat number BA is way better in the long run

The airline is simply a rip off, rude and over charging for everything. Notoriously inconsistent, zero customer service. If I had a choice I would give 0 stars.

The worst app ever! Tried to retrieve my booking. It doesn’t allow me to type it with a keybord or delete e-mail bu mistake. Product owner - is a stupid dork!!! Never ever will use!

I would leave zero stars if u could but it doesn’t give me that option

I have to update the app almost monthly, seriously? Every time I want to check anything, the app is expired and you need an update, every single time.
