### **--- "Ryanair’s Check-in Scam – Avoid If You Can"
Ryanair tricks customers with their shady check-in process. The mobile app doesn’t allow check-in until just 2 hours before the flight, and if you don’t manage to check in within that tiny window, they hit you with a massive fee at the airport counter. This feels 100% intentional and predatory.

It’s ridiculous that in 2025, a budget airline can’t manage a basic online check-in experience without using it as a trap to squeeze more money out of travelers. I’ve flown with many low-cost airlines and none of them do this to their customers. Ryanair needs to fix this garbage system or stop pretending to be budget-friendly.

Never flying with them again.

Today, 09.01.24, Ryanair app failed to allow me check-in for my flight. Well, I decided to update it. Unfortunately, I did not succeed. Then, I deleted old app, and since some 15 minutes left, did not get new version/app itself.
I believe, that all this is by purpose, to force customer to have paper boarding cart, or - do not have it, to charge for. In another hand, I have 11 trips pre-booked for 2024 already, so dear RyanAir.. you have my 1 star for existing 🎄

1) Not possible to vonnect my booked flight with my account.
