I have a note about printing boarding pass from the website?? What’s that about!

Very confusing kept telling me to pay for additional bags.

Never again … even now when we are travelling apparently I can’t do a mobile ticket and have to print. I don’t have access to a printer and am in a foreign country. My family and I booked these tickets as a first time with Ryan Air. We’ve now paid hundreds of dollars for a simple flight from Barcelona to London and still there are problems. If there is any issue with mobile boarding tomorrow I will be slamming this airline again. What a nightmare

Why not sit a family together when you get on the plane and find it is only 1/2 full. This feels like an attempt to get more money out of customers rather than only having a few seats left they need to fill!

Worst online experience for an airline I have ever experienced

Very difficult to use, it takes forever to do anything as it’s constantly freezing (my iOS is up to date).

“You can check in using this app” is a lie if your passport is non-EU. You need to physically print a boarding pass or pay Ryanair to do this for you. No other airline seems to impose this random bizarre and wholly unnecessary rule based on race. Given checking in and getting a boarding pass is the sole purpose of having this app for me, and that online materials tell you that this is what the app does (without any clear or reasonable mention of the limitations) this is a bad experience.
