This is just awful. I have no other words. You book directly through the app, but they require verification because “you booked through the 3rd part”. But it’s not possible to do the verification, because your payment is constantly declined and if you don’t do it online then you have to pay 55 euros at the airport. Trying to reach the customer service is just useless. The answer takes 7 days and they don’t even try to help you with the issue. When you reply that you still need help you get the message that the answer will take up to 10 days more. Just awful. Even if it’s cheap it’s not worth it. No more bookings through Ryanair for me.

I wrote many times details about passengers, but they are not saved. Takes time to enter them again every time. Can you fix it?

Very user friendly

Vær varsom, masse skjulte kostnader og regler som de ikke varsler om. Fikk beskjed om at det var lurt å ankomme flyplassen 2 timer før, sto ingenting om check-in tider. Prøver å checke inn noen minutter før og får beskjed om at check-in var stengt og måtte betale 55£ per person

Altfor mye fokus på å selge tillegg, når man allerede har takket nei til dette ved bestilling. Steget med valg av bagasje var også veldig lite brukervennlig
