Your overall customer exp is unspeakable. First a ton of dark ux patterns, then checking process like in 2010s, boarding pass disappears from your own system (that’s pathetic), your team on the ground and online doesn’t even know how to help (of course you have worst chat bot experience of all service companies I know…). Your cheap prices are not an excuse. Airlines in Asia fly cheaper and can support customers 100x better. This app is just an extension of sad customer value provided by this business.
