flew from rome to malta - horrible service, app refused to load the entire time, had to click and double click again (staff struggled to reach the page for express bag check in); staff was rude, racist and unable to understand basic communication. unwilling to stop and understand customer needs. uncooperative and unreasonable

Slow and doesn’t work
During check in: keep on getting the turning wheel, have to retype things and still getting error codes.
So you got the choice: waste time in the airport and pay for it, or wasting more time at home and still need to pay and waste time at the airport 😡😡😡
Bad bad airline
This is not a review on the app but the entire airline as a whole. There was a strike in Berlin airport and Ryan air did not manage it well at all. My flight is at 9:45am and I arrived at 6:45am at the airport. Upon check in, Ryanair told me that there is a flight delay of more than 3 hours. According to Ryanair website, they should notify passenger via email in advance if flight is to be delayed for more than 2 hours. I did not get the email and the SMS notification only came in after 3 hours from the original flight schedule. And after waiting for 2 hours at the gate, Ryanair told us that the flight is cancelled. They took 30mins to confirm that because the supervisor is not contactable. No staff was there to give further information or give instruction on what to do next. Very bad customer service and very unreliable airline.
WORST AIRLINE EVER
Ranked as the last 5th airline in the world. Absolutely no customer service involved, only knows how to charge charge charge people. Full of hidden fees and traps laid for you to walk into. Did you know that they will stop you at the BOARDING GATE for “cabin bag inspection” that is poorly managed and it couldnt be ever more biased(be warned asians, good for you pretty ladies). Threatened to cancel my flight when I refused to pay for the cabin bag as I find it RIDICULOUS to pay for 1cm oversized cabin bag bought up for 2 people. No such problems with easyjet. Just switch to easyjet people! Shame on you ryanair for robbing a college student for 50 euros that was meant for his studies. Never again! Shame on you!

When trying to check in, the system has some bugs that comes up with an error. I attempted to restart the Ryanair app which alleviated the issue, but at first it wouldn’t allow me to check in.
Deleting the app to get rid of the promo spam notifications.
There is no way to disable promotional notifications without disabling other more useful notifications, so I’m deleting the app until I ever have to fly Ryanair again. Annoying.
Order to seat doesn’t work when you reorder
Ordered of flight over through app ok. On way back got on board owned order to seat. Hit reorder and it said sent to crew. Came down with trolly and no order. No hot food and 1 hour delay stuck on tarmac. Going back to LCY/ ba. Stansted’s cursed
