Checkade in via appen, snabbt och smidigt.

The app does not allow to book especial luggage while making the reservation (skiing/surfing bag). You can only do it after you have already paid your flight which is more expensive and leads to mistakes.

Cheap but their cheap prices does not make up for their costumer support unwillingness to help. Their app crashes and shows error of booking, booking once again but they charge for both without refunding despite it's their fault, this is not just something happened to me it happened to several people. Ryanair is a very untrustworthy company and if having thr option not to fly with them I think that is the best. However on the positive note the prices are competitive and the app is convinient.

I have never been served so responsively and so quickly by any team as Ryanair. I am very grateful that the employees met me halfway and measured all the errors in the booking for free. I express my deep gratitude to all the employees of the company, I wish them health, success and a soft landing.

Showed the wrong gate causing us to have to run through Roma Fiumicino in the last minute, when we realized it.

Applepay not working on IOS 18.1

Ryanair does not take responsibility when you bus/train ticket does not get sent out, they just blame you and you will not get refunded… only use this app for boarding ticket nothing else otherwise it’s your own fault… If you don’t take my warning!

Troligtvis den sämst kundvänliga appen som finns för ett stort företag. Allt görs för att man ska klicka fel och på så sätt addera kostnader. Sämst Sämst Sämst. Kommer man igenom så blir det billigt. Men som app, herregud så dålig ( för kunden).
