### *---- "Ongoing Delays and Lack of Communication on Ryanair Flights – Extremely Disappointing"
I am reaching out due to repeated negative experiences on two recent Ryanair flights in the same week, both plagued by delays and poor communication. As a paying customer, I expected reliable service, but unfortunately, these experiences have been far from that.

On my first flight, there was a delay of over 30 minutes. While inconvenient, I tried to be understanding. However, today’s delay has been a much worse ordeal. Currently, I am still sitting on the plane for Budapest to Brussels, over an hour past our scheduled departure time, with no clear updates or explanations from the crew. This lack of transparency and communication adds an unnecessary layer of frustration, leaving passengers uncertain and irritated.

What’s more, there is an apparent lack of urgency or concern from the staff to address our questions. It seems that Ryanair treats delays as routine, with little regard for the inconvenience caused to passengers. We are left with no clear information, making it impossible to plan for connecting transport or other commitments.

This level of service is not only unprofessional but feels dismissive of the time and trust passengers place in Ryanair when they choose to book a flight. I urge Ryanair to take immediate steps to improve both the reliability of its schedules and the communication provided to passengers. Keeping customers informed is the bare minimum that should be expected during delays.

I sincerely hope Ryanair considers this feedback seriously, as these experiences have significantly affected my perception of your airline. I look forward to hearing how Ryanair plans to address these ongoing issues to avoid such experiences in the future.

Yes it’s cheap however if your not careful and don’t read everything properly you’ll pay premium price. If you do not do check in two hours before your flight they will charge you 68 euro per person, that’s more than a ticket itself I paid for plus also I traveled with my friend so we paid triple the price. That’s unbelievable, I flew so many times with different airlines but something like this is hard to understand and cope with. 
I do not advice to travel with this company, it’s basically scamming you for money if your not careful.
