Love this app

This allows us to use Apple Pay in the Philippines.

Allow Pasting and Save Cards

For future top-ups, please consider allowing users to save their frequently used cards for quick and easy top-ups. Additionally, providing a way for users to paste card details directly into the app so that I don't have to manual type it. Finally, if the current S1lkPay card balance is insufficient, automatically selecting a saved card as the top-up source would be a convenient feature.

Not receiving SMS verification

Tried many times to see card details. but I ak not receiving sms verification.

Didn't get my 2 dollars again!!!

I was charged for 2 dollars!!! Didn't even show up on the app!!! Still waiting for my refund!!!

Cannot top up anymore

It used to be easy to top up your card. Why is it unavailable for Filipino issued cards to be used for topping up silkpay cards?

TOP UP WALLET

Why is it so hard to top up my wallet. It is always unsuccessful and eventually my account got blocked. Please fixed your application.

Reset Password

My account was automatically logged out and suddenly I can’t remember my password but it doesn’t seem to allow me reset it.

App is Flawed!!!

Do not bother to download, the app is flawed. After a successful registration, wherein it asked for my ID and selfie photo, it automatically logged me out and now I can’t login and I can’t even reset or use the forget password. THE APP IS VERY BUGGY!!!
