I didn’t want your app at first but my Veteran Air talked me into it AND I am so happy he did!! It’s fantastic and so easy to use I’m old and I can do it. Thank you!

90 percent of the time I can’t change the temperature down or up from my phone, I have a iPhone15, absolutely ridiculous

Sensors don’t stay attached to average the home temperature and main thermostat is 5 degrees off. Wish I had not bought into this company. None can help, all to new and untested. Finally, could we get a reasonable app name to find this poor sensor app in the App Store Please

Just got a new IPhone 16 pro plus, can’t open to the app. Keeps crashing. Also very disappointed with the limited functionality of this crazy expensive thermostat. I can’t see history of how much the system was used. Also paid a lot of money for the Air Quality Monitor. Unlike everything else on the market, it does not provide actual values. I have no idea if this thing is accurate. Very expensive and poor software/hardware. Lennox should just outsource…

Switched from Trane. Thought their app was power basic but the one thing I really moos is the run times bi could see daily and monthly how much my heat and AC were running and it also compared that to the high and low temps for the day/month so I could gauge my usage. This app doesn’t offer anything like that. Barely has the basics of adjusting the temperature. Please put more effort into the app!!!!

We love our new thermostat. It is easy to use and we can adjust it from wherever we happen to be. So if we are out of town we can always keep tabs. The display shows us what is happening outside as well.

I have the heat set for 67 at night and 71 att 6:30 am.The heat transition to 69 starting at 5;45 am. I don’t want the heat to transition until 6:30 but I can’t stop it from doing it.

The app is confusing to use and has an awkward GUI. The “away” button appears to be for a “hold”. It has a leaf icon which makes no sense. The swipe to set the temperature is awkward too. Also, the thermostat temperature is off by about 2.5 degrees and there is no way to adjust the setting. Honeywell has a very simple and efficient thermostat and app. Lennox should use their product.

It consistently reads higher than actually is by 3 degrees Fahrenheit. I don’t know if anybody can recalibrate the thermostat. Otherwise it’s good.

I tried lowering the thermostat from 72 to 70 for nighttime sleeping. It kept returning to temperature to 72.
