I’m in an endless loop of it asking me to sign in with my e-mail address, sending me to my university SSO, validating, showing me my details, giving me only a sign-ON button, and then telling me my account already exists. Delete.

If you are a Curtin Student you need this app. It’s highly recommended!!

I left this on as required during covid lockdown to automatically check in, but it burns through battery power. Once my battery is less than 30% it automatically deactivated the app

When I put in my work email it does not send email for verification. It is the correct email address. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.

What if you study online and your UNI isn’t in your state but you usually study at a different UNI library or a campus? So how does it work?

The app asks you to put in your email everytime you open it. It then proceeds to tell you there is no safe zone available when there certainly are.

South Australia, southern suburbs. I downloaded this app but there are no safe zones listed so I can't use this app. It'd be invaluable if only I and many other could also use it here. Please look at expanding this.

Make sure you use your student email to sign up- that's how it detects your campus. Otherwise it won't work. Cheers

Every time I try to use this app it asks me to put my email in, which I don't think is very safe. If I'm in a dangerous situation I wouldn't have time to put my email in to access security. Why is there no emergency button? Also sometimes it says there are no safety zones around me, when previously there have been. I'm incredibly disappointed in this app and think that it must be improved to become workable so it can serve its purpose.

I think this is a brilliant idea that qut has bought to make life on campus feel a bit more safe :-)
