Failed in not one country but two during the same trip.

I have tried a number of eSims and by far this one is the best! Simple to install and set up, and simple to add a nation. Please find a way to add “The Gambia” to your nations served - no one else seems to have an option that actually works!

Was easy ever process to purchase and download, would gave a five star, but have had chance to use it

I have had Nord VPN for several years. No problems at all. Decided to try Saily. Sadly it randomly loses connection and the only way to reconnect is to reset network which loses wifi passwords. It worked the first day I activated the program but not after the next day. Would not recommend. Had it on 2 iphones. Wasted the fees for each one. Would not recommend!

Although our eSIM in new zealand worked fine, the one in Australia did not. Could not use data while the sim was turned on. Very frustrating. This app would be better if it had a plug-in or tracker that was easier to access to see how much of your data package you have used.

Thought to try something new but will be returning to using Airalo. We bought eSIMs for Sri Lanka even though we already have some free data with our T mobile plan since we wanted some faster data. Big mistake, the data from the eSIM was even slower than our T Mobile one so we wasted our money. Update to response: contacted support to see if I could get the eSIM working faster but nothing worked - deleted the app and never using again

I get 3G most of the time and it’s super slow. Wouldn’t recommend

It used to be very good but lately, it doesn’t give me the option to activate the eSIM. I tried it in Egypt and bout two eSIMs, both didn’t work. They issued me credit. Now I tried it again in Saudi and I am facing the same issue.

This app should be pulled off the App Store. It appears to be used to get access to honest people’s eSIM cards and then reselling them to, in my case, Mexicans, so they can take over your phone, steal your ID, use your phone #, have you pay for their phones, etc.. Since getting app and only having for 2 days, I’ve lost access to my phone # almost every day - total of 4 days usage since mid Nov. My carrier doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about it so will likely now have to change carrier and phone #. Great app Apple!
