I’m away right now. It’s a madness to top up through this app. Trying with 3 debit / credit cards. Only 1 on 10 attempts are successful This is massively annoying. I will be looking for a different provider on my return to the UK

The easiest and safest way to handle your foreign currency

Have been using card for a few years now. Would be good to be able to add card to wallet so could use on iPhone. Payments to cards were a bit hit and miss - when asked to approve thro banking app - it used to freeze when you leave app but this seems to have improved. Also got caught out one year when card expired and didn’t receive any reminders. Also realised charges are rather excessive when withdrawing money. In summary, handy to use on holiday for electronic transactions without incurring charges and overall usability improving.

Doesn’t work. Screen goes blank when leave App to go to bank app to approve payment l.

Pretty easy to add money, haven’t used it as yet.

The inability to only transfer set amounts between currencies means you’re left with small amounts of currency you can’t do anything with.
