I have paid and upgraded twice but the company will call you to convince and support prior to purchase. I have been using this app for 5 months and every month i need to readjust eachmonth. The effort has become double because the app the really not working properly. Completely waste of money

Reasons we want to discontinue:
 1) application is still not complete. Features such as half day, early punch out, late punchins not available. 
 2) adding new employees or updating existing employees is tedious. 
 3) delayed customer support.
 4) all the above issues affect payroll. Also, for any request raised, their response is - “we are working on it. We will update you on the same.”
 5) We have raised refund request and we have not been using it now due to multiple technical issues such as app crashing, app opening with a blank screen. 
6) application location stops working randomly. 
 Please get back to us on the issue that has been raised long time back for refund instead that would be helpful.
