Really Nice App! Make me feel closer to my sister, thank you!

This service is pricey, but for the most part it is decent. My child actually asked me to tell everyone to use this service to send letters while in basic. I can attest that it’s faster than snail mail. My one issue is that on more than one occasion letters were not shipped/delivered overnight, to the point that I reached out to their customer service to ask about it. As I write this, I still have a letter waiting to be delivered that was written/sent Dec 30th, and my child will be graduating next week. I’m now concerned it won’t be delivered in time.

I used the service and sent out seven letters to my son, who is currently in Boot Camp. When I asked him if he received all seven, he told me he got six. The seventh letter, strangely, was shipped back to me along with my own letter meant for him.

I love this app, a very quick way to stay in touch with your loved ones in basic training and send them gift cards or reading material

I love Sandboxx!! The support team is also extremely helpful and friendly. SGTMaj was great at assisting me with some issues I encountered. And I love that it’s so easy to get a letter to my recruit. I will always recommend this app to anyone with someone joining the military! My bf gets my letters so much faster! The only thing I dislike is that they aren’t handwritten letters so it’s not as personable as a hand written letter but I do both still. However, I still recommend this for faster delivery and service.

A very useful app, but seems dramatically overpriced, and they’re always pushing additional features and add-one that always cost even more money

I was very hesitant to use this service especially being a retired letter carrier @USPS. I must say I am so impressed by this service provided by Sandboxx. It makes everything run smoothly from the moment you send your letter you are able to track it and confirm delivery. The added bonus is saving my recruit time with the self addressed envelope and postage paid already included in my letter! This service really is a lifesaver that’s for sure due to a disability I’m not able to just go mail letters anymore so another added benefit of this service. I highly recommend Sandboxx!!! I did need customer assistance so I sent a message and actually got a call back from Kris who provided me with the most respectful service and answered all my questions and concerns. That’s big nowadays and I rather have the human interaction than a bot !!!!! Thank you to Sandboxx for your service and support! If you are thinking about this go for it and thank me later 💪💪

I put a letter in that said it would be sent out in 8 hours and then after the 8 hrs in changes to 80 hours. This is the second time this delay has happened. Not happy with service. Tried to get to customer service and got the run around with the automated system.

Don’t understand why/how they can claim to deliver/mail the letters daily!?! Is there a cap on sending more than one letter at a time? The updates & instructions aren’t clear! If I submit more than one letter, then it says 84 hours until you can send the next one! WTH?! How can you send one a day then???? False advertising! And agreed with other complaints - service should process even over the weekend & holidays!

I purchased the 5 letters offer to send to my grandson, to give him support and love while he was in the Marines boot camp on Parris Island. Of them, only one, the first one, did he receive. The other 4 were returned to me a week after his graduation!!! He never got the letters including the money gift I sent him for his birthday! I was so disappointed, to say the least.
