Have been pleased with this app and system but every time the iOS updates notifications stop working for it. Haven’t found a way to fix this and everything seems be to the app itself cause everything is on and a full reset has been performed on both the phone and the dvr and badges still don’t show up. Please update this so it will work again.

Can’t use when away from home , what’s wrong?

One view is purple.

It’s useless if you are not on the same WiFi as the hard drive so it only works on mobile device when home other then that it’s useless I’ve contacted support and they’re useless as well they keep sending me the same crap that doesn’t work I’ve resented this thing multiple times and changed out the hard drive to a bigger and better one and it still hasn’t solved my issue of not working on the app when I’m not home and support keeps saying to reboot it

I like them. However, I wish this app was available for the Apple TV!

I did not expect much out of this app, seeing as the surveillance system I bought was fairly inexpensive and obviously Chinese made. The app actually works very well. I have not had to reboot my system once in almost a year because of connectivity bugs, and I have been able to log in and view my cameras without any issue all the time. It’s been a great system and I am considering adding on to it since it has been so reliable. I would not hesitate to purchase a SANNCE system or use this app.
