ดีมากๆค่ะ วิดีโอก็สอนเข้าใจดี มีบางจุดที่เราเคยไม่เข้าใจก็เข้าใจเนื้อหาได้ดีขึ้น
ไม่มีเสียงพาร์ทฟัง ในควิซทบทวน
ระหว่างทำควิซทบทวน ถ้าเป็นควิซที่ต้องใช้การฟังจะไม่สามารถทำได้เลยค่ะจะไม่มีเสียงออกมาจากลำโพง ลองเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ก็พบปัญหาเดิม ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกี่ยวกับการซื้อแพ็คเกจเตรียมตัวโค้งสุดท้ายแล้วหมดอายุหรือเปล่าเลยไม่สามารถใช้ตรงส่วนนี้ได้ ส่วนเรื่องอื่นชอบมากๆค่ะ ไม่มีปัญหาด้านการใช้งานส่วนอื่นเลยค่ะ
เราโดนโกงเงิน ซื้อครอสแต่แอปไม่ปลดล็อก เราเสียตังฟรีๆทั้งๆที่จ่ายตังค์ไปแล้ว
โดนโกงเงิน เราซื้อครอสเพิ่มคะแนน1เดือน แต่พอซื้อเสร็จระบบขึ้นทันที ว่าครอสเราหมดอายุแล้วภายในวันนั้นทันทีที่จ่ายตัง และไม่มีการปลดล็อกแบบทดสอบอะไรเลย ทั้งๆที่พึ่งซื้อไป พอเราส่งหลักฐานทุกอย่างไปให้ทางsupportก็ไม่มีอะไรตอบกลับมา เงียบหายไปเลย เราซื้อครอสตอนที่ขึ้นว่าลดราคาอยู่ เหลือ 199บาท ระยะเวลาเรียน1เดือน เราไม่สารถเข้าทำข้อสอบหรือฝึกอะไรได้เลย ทั้งๆที่ซื้อครอสไปแล้ว แย่มาก มากกที่สุด แถมไม่มีการตอบemailหรือแจ้งลูกค้าถึงความผิดเลยสักอย่าง
เปลี่ยนภาษาในแอพยังไง
อยากเปลี่ยนเป็นภาษาไทย แต่หาวิธีเปลี่ยนไม่เจอ
