I am tired that every time I’m constantly making reservations to travel the bank locked my card I am a responsible person every minute that I use my credit card on something you’re locking card New bank July

I get so annoyed with this app. The majority of the time I try to log in it tells me it is not available at this time. If there was any other bank at all near me I would have already switched. Their dispute process is a joke and I would love to actually be able to log in from the app when I needed to!
Love Santander I just owed them I gotten pay them back otherwise Santander is the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I used Santander while I was living in NY. I now live in Texas and that’s my oldest account so I didn’t wanna close it because everything is digital banking now anyways. The customer service is beyond terrible. There’s just so much issues always going on. They can’t solve my issues by phone like other banks. Their agents cut you off on the phone, they don’t let you finish talking! Very very rude. They talk over you, they do not have enough knowledge about their products. So they often give wrong information! Also, if you go in to the bank to get cash, make sure to double check because they gave me a fake $50 about two years ago. I knew because I didn’t take it out of the small envelope but they wouldn’t take it back bcos I didn’t discover it while in the bank premises. Things can often only get resolved only if you go in and as someone who no longer live near where a branch is. I believe it’s time to take my business elsewhere. They just cannot seem to keep up with the times! Also when I went to the bank at Stapleton to change my address because they couldn’t do it online like other banks! The agent was asking me very deep and personal information!!!! About visa and the likes! Meanwhile I have a GC😭 the bank manager had to step in and was able to solve it within 3minutes. They just don’t have the knowledge. So if you use this bank, I strongly suggest you get a backup bank because they will disssapoint you when you least expect it. Do not make them your major financial institution. They should be a side!
