Seems to definitely have some bugs in the settings ie. when you go to add an agency and SAS doesn’t really register it. Alert sounds could be a bit louder.

Within the Ambulance space we previously could add multiple pagers, now you have to add and remove the ASN numbers for each shift rather then just muting when not on shift. Please fix this.

So, we used to be able to have 3 pagers listed and in the last update, we only have one. I work on 3 different trucks a week and now I have to input the pager numbers each day. This is ridiculous! Why have you removed our linked pager boxes?? The app is no longer helpful to us for our shifts and we will be removing it.

Been a couple times now there has been a emergency and I have had to log back in to be about to attend. Not good enough

Seems to alert me to fire calls about 10-30 secs before pager. Availability feature needs a lot of work as it is currently difficult to enter availability. A feature where members can ‘chat’ or comment on specific fire calls would be beneficial.

The app works good if you’re signed in! Been some times it’ll sign you out (for updates) I’m told but other than that it’s helped more than relying on someone with a pager to call you.

I have found that the VicEmergency App alerts first, followed by SAS and then the Pager. Have had been logged out a few times without knowing it. Wouldn’t solely rely on it. Would be handy if it was available on Apple Watch, particularly for using directions to an incident.

We used to love this app until they did an “upgrade” which booted us and now the app no longer works. We don’t think it is fair that we had the app yet now can’t use it. Might pay to fix it so we can use it again. A lot of local country fire fighters used it but now can’t.

But continually working on it is how. Every update just makes a bad app even worse and now you can’t even login when your password gets updated!!
