I cant login the app because I don’t have saudi number and visa(as what the customer service said) Means saudi app only for people inside Saudi Arabia!!! Never saw that in any airlines app

Please update your message to better notification. Also the apps most of the time didnt send the code to log in, make user feel so frustrated to continue using this apps. Please improve user experience when browsing the apps. Thank you.

App is great, interface is awesome, but please update bug fix.

The apps is very slow in responding and keep crashing when I wanted to search for flight. As Al-Fursan member, I wanted to log-in to my account and it says it will send OTP to my number 60193xxxxxx (which is my number), but I never receive any. When I try to reach out via chat (since I don’t live in Saudi Arabia), the earliest respond I get was after 4 hours after my message sent and because I didn’t reply back in minutes, they closed the chat. Once I manage to chat with them, to my surprise they staff said OTP only can be sent to Saudi mobile number and not international number. Does Saudia think their customers based are only live in Saudi?? As an international airlines this should not be an issue or at least make an option to send the OTP to registered email address. It is so frustrating.
