Screen is not moving past the login screen, it just loads and then stays on the same page, If i type wrong password it gives the error invalid credentials, but if I write correct credentials I just loading circle and after 1 second I am on the same login page with no prompt of any error.

App is not responsive

App and website developers should be fired and jailed for the self destructive app they’ve created that keeps crashing at the slightest touch. Booked and paid for seats, never got the confirmation nor the seats confirmed. Called helpline (which also keeps crashing) and they told me to go to the head office (which is in another city) . Bunch of thieves

Unable to login suddenly , getting error mobile number is blacklisted. Unable to get OTP on my cell phone

Cant login after putting credentials nothing happen also on web when try to login says verification needed to secure your account and you can’t send verification code to your mobile !!

First website not working tried app , it’s not working either .

I am disappointed by the staff of Saudia airlines atJeddah airport. I had flight from Jeddah to Guangzhou then Nanjing. When i was boarding then the lady doing boarding at the counter told me that Zam Zam water isn’t allowed by my domestic flight transfer to my City in China. She said that my flight isn’t in Sky team. At the end she didn’t allow me to take Zam Zam bottle. When I finished all procedure and come to the gate for boarding to flight then Some Chinese told me that they are allowed to take Zam Zam for the same local flight in China. I’m very disappointed by the staff.
