The app is super simple and free. Works well enough for my purposes. But I don’t understand why the starting time of a session is out of sync with my iPhone by a few seconds. Shouldn’t it pick up the iPhone time when I create a new session?

This app does everything I need it to do. Would highly recommend.

App used to be ok. It hasn’t been updated in 7 months and doesn’t work with iOS 18. It just crashes. Already uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same thing.

Best sauna app I’ve been able to find and use. Not a ton of features, but just what I was looking for.

There is no watch app.

Works great. I like that it allows notes so I can record heart rate and internal temp from sauna workouts. I use cheap devices and a really old iPhone. I do not take my “good” watch, phone etc into a sauna.
