Indien je rekeninggegevens  niet tijdig bijgewerkt worden, wordt je zonder overleg gewoonweg geblokkeerd, om met je eigen geld te beleggen.  
Dit is een regelrechte SCHANDE !!

Rekening werd door buitenstaander met simpel mailtje geblokkeerd. Om de rekening te deblokkeren heb ik gedurende vier maanden uren en uren telefonisch contact gehad met het helpcenter. Steeds werd een nieuwe procedure opgestart voor mijn identificatie. Steeds werd me gezegd dat het in orde was en dat ik morgen opnieuw toegang zou hebben. Wat dus niet zo was. Na vier maanden werd me zowaar aan de telefoon gezegd dat mijn rekening voor hen niet belangrijk genoeg was. Ik viel bijna van mijn stoel… ik beleg met een jaarloon… en dat is voor SAXO niet belangrijk genoeg…. Knap! Klantvriendelijk tot en met! Hoed af! Had ik dat telefoongesprek maar opgenomen. Helaas. Ondertussen ben ik gelukkig bij een andere, goedkopere broker.

Beste,

Het was een perfecte gewoonte om dagelijks de mail van saxo bank te zien verschijnen en even bij te lezen met de beurswekker. 

Ik begrijp niet waarom u deze nu heeft “verborgen “ in de app. 
Een mens krijgt een mail binnen wat weliswaar een push gegeven is, maar telkens is er de keuze om die te deleten of die te lezen. 

Is er mogelijkheid dat u een knop aanmaakt in de app zodat wij, de klant, de keuze heeft om die dagelijkse post ook dagelijks per mail te ontvangen.
