I’d have thought that subtitles were easier to access, turn on (or off if I could locate the menu to even access them at all…) by now… But no subtitles of any kind are accessible. So whilst the actual programmed content is great (what I can watch), the rest is simply unwatchable… So incredibly disappointing for a network that is based on diversity…. 😐 And how is this one app so different across devices…does my head in & really needs fixing

I love the programs SBS provides and streams. But the app is painfully slow and clunky. Most of the times it doesn’t remember where I finished watching even if I’m logged in. And then I’m back searching for where I stopped watching while getting multiple ads

I like the content, I just wish that every time I go to " Continue watching" the series I'm watching, it starts with an advertisement, only to find out that it has started at the beginning of the show, or at least nowhere near where I was watching, so I have to guess where I am at and usually put up with about 6 or more ads.
Please fix this. It is so frustrating. I have been watching my Brilliant Friend and I am sure that by now I have seen three times as many ads as were intended. At least stop putting ads at the beginning of every show.

This app is sending my husband around in circles,as it’s impossible to reset his password. He keeps getting emails with a password reset link that ends up not working. It’s the most frustrating and difficult app for Fetch TV users

Hard to find stuff especially to go continue watching something when your viewing is interrupted but especially we can only find a voice operated search function and no way of inputting search details by typing them in. Trying to contact support was fruitless. We dont have our microphones switched on so we just avoid watching sbs on demand where possible

This is a review of sbs streaming apps not content! It’s free and perhaps because of this it is the worst! I understand that ads are an integral part of keeping SBS going but does that really require the ads to repeat so painfully frequently especially when rewinding back to rewatch part of a movie or show there’s always a string of ads!! 

Not only that “recently watched shows” take ages to show up in the “continue watching” section and never at the right point in the show!! This means having to sit through endless ads AGAIN just to find the right part of the show and continue watching!! If the content wasn’t so good I really wouldn’t bother with this absolutely poor streaming service!! 
Come on people 

Overwhelming amount of ads and tedious repetition of ads… playing over and over!
