I've been using this mobile banking app for a while, and while it has some good features, the constant redirection to promotion pages is absolutely infuriating! It makes managing my finances a total nightmare. I contacted customer service, and they had the nerve to say it's for marketing purposes and that I can close the promotions whenever I want. Seriously? So I have to hit 'close' on every single click? No way! This is beyond unacceptable! I really hope the team gets their act together and resolves this issue soon!

I have tried repeatedly account opening steps. The OCR system on the ID scanning is virtually unusable (despite fulfilling all the requirements instructed). Extremely poor and would be turning away from SC due to the poor KYC design.

Can’t login since last night

Not helpful with my clear instructions for setting up.

前一分鐘login入去，然後就無啦啦被logout，話咩俾其他裝置登入，勁奇怪，ok我當俾人hack咗，咁咪改pw lor，然後又話舊pw唔啱⋯嘥氣啦，login咗咁多年⋯double check 咗無數次都話錯⋯真係俾你玩死
